Fill rate, no-shows, peak hours, per spot and per user — and all of it as CSV.
Is the room everyone asks for really full? Statistics answer with numbers: actual fill rate, ghost bookings, saturated slots, most active users. Enough to decide on adding a resource, adjusting limits or justifying a check-in rule.
A quick period (week, month, quarter…) or free dates, then a filter by category, spot or booking status. Every indicator recalculates.
Fill rate (booked minutes over available minutes), number of bookings, unique users and busiest period. Trends show bookings and average duration day by day, then the breakdown by weekday and by duration.
If check-in is enabled, follow the check-in rate, the no-show rate and occupancy accuracy. A high no-show on a spot in high demand is the typical signal to tighten the check-in window.
The Export CSV button delivers the bookings of the filtered period, with the per-user breakdown. When multi-level approval is on, the trail of every approval — who decided what, at which level, when — is attached to the export.
