Everything a user does day to day: find a free spot, book, invite, follow up and cancel.
You don't administer anything, you just want a room Thursday at 2pm. This guide is for you. In five minutes: where to look for a free spot, how to book in one click, invite colleagues, find and edit your bookings, and cancel cleanly when plans change.
From the booking calendar, click a free slot on the resource you want. To compare several resources against your criteria — day, time, category, capacity — the Spot Finder lists the ones available. The floor plan shows at a glance what is free or occupied.
Pick the start and end, name the booking, add a note if needed. If the resource requires validation, a banner warns you: your request will stay "pending" until an approver answers. A confirmation arrives by email, with the calendar invitation.
In the form, add each guest's email. They receive the calendar invitation and are told about changes. For a regular meeting, choose the repetition — daily, weekly, monthly — and an end date.
My bookings gathers everything you have booked, past and upcoming. Open a booking to change its time or name; for a series, choose between editing this occurrence only or all of them, and change the recurrence end date without recreating anything.
From a booking's details, Cancel frees the slot and notifies the guests; their calendar invitation disappears. On a series, cancel the occurrence or the whole series. If your organisation applies booking limits, a last-minute cancellation may still count towards your quota.
