Validating a booking request with one click

Step by step

1 Enable validation

In your spot settings, choose the validation mode: automatic (default) or manual. In manual mode, each booking must be approved by an administrator.

Spots > Your spot > Settings

2 Manage requests

When a user books a spot in validation mode, you receive a notification. From your dashboard or by email, you can approve or reject the request with one click.

3 Set up validators

Choose which administrators are authorized to validate bookings. You can also set specific validators per spot.

Reserve manual validation only for your most strategic spots. For others, automatic validation offers a better user experience.
