Place your spots on a floor plan

A picture of your premises, your resources on it, and a free/occupied view everyone understands.

"Room 204, which one is that?" A floor plan answers without a word. Import a picture of your premises, put each resource in its place, and your users book by clicking where they want to sit β€” from the dashboard as well as from your public page.

Step by step
1 Create a plan

Upload an image (architect's plan, sketch, screenshot) and name it: "Ground floor", "Floor 1". Attach it to a building if you have several. The number of plans depends on your subscription.

2 Place your spots

Open the plan, search for a spot and click the image where it belongs: a marker appears. Move it, delete it, start over; save once everything is in place.

3 Activate the plan

An inactive plan is visible to you only, while you prepare it. Activate it so it appears to users, in the dashboard and on your public booking page.

4 Book from the plan

On the plan, each marker shows availability at the chosen time. One click opens the spot's booking. The Spot Finder offers the same plan view for its results.

A clean, uncluttered image works better than a technical drawing: your users are looking for a room, not a service duct.
The plan is also an entry point for visitors without an account: from your shared booking page, they switch between list, calendar and plan.
