Step by step

1 Enable reminders

Go to your spot settings and enable the booking reminder option. Set the desired reminder delay (e.g., 1 hour before, 1 day before).

Spots > Your spot > Settings

2 How it works

A reminder email will be automatically sent to the user before their booking. The reminder contains the booking details: spot, date, time, and location.

3 Track results

Check your statistics to see the impact of reminders on your attendance rates.

A reminder sent 1 hour before the booking is generally the most effective at reducing no-shows.
