Everyday rules: validation, check-in, limits, grid, sign-in, steering.

Set Up Booking Validation Control access to your most valuable spots by requiring manual approval. Set up multi-level approval A request that moves from one approver to the next, in order, with a response deadline and a different chain depending on who asks. Set Up Check-in (Attendance Confirmation) Make sure reserved spots are actually being used with attendance confirmation. Set Up Booking Reminders Reduce no-shows by automatically sending a reminder before each booking. Using Recurring Bookings Automate your regular bookings and save time every week. Enforce a fixed slot grid Bookings that start on the dot and last a whole number of slots — per resource when needed. Set booking limits A quota of hours or bookings per person, global or per resource, with group exceptions. Connect your Microsoft directory Your users sign in with their organisation Microsoft account, with no password to create or remember. Read your statistics and export Fill rate, no-shows, peak hours, per spot and per user — and all of it as CSV.
